First of all, ensure that you are using the correct username (usually it is your email address) and password. If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it by clicking on the “Forgot password?” button on the sign in page.
Make sure that you’ve checked the Spam / Promotions inbox to find the confirmation link from NOTIX.
In case the previous steps won’t help please try the following options:
- clean your browser's cache / cookies and try to log in again;
- if failed, simply try to do it in another browser.
